Hello. I’m Olivia.

For over a decade, I have worked with a diverse portfolio of clients to assess their technology needs. Specializing in donor management systems for nonprofits, my experience also includes working with small businesses to assess their technology needs.

I think of my work like solving puzzles. My role is to understand how my clients’ technology systems fit within their larger strategic goals. I work to design system improvement or management plans that are efficient yet accessible to team members utilizing the principles of design thinking.

Discovery

We begin each client engagement with a mandatory discovery process. This allows us all to orient ourselves to the current systems infrastructure and culture of data management within your organization without a large commitment of time or resources.

Deliverables include:

One 90 minute discovery session*
Strategic Systems Plan
Scoping documentation for any implementation projects
Systems Dashboard for ticket monitoring and progress tracking

Retainers

Each of our service retainers include technical and systems mindset support. Plus and premium retainers include additional strategic improvement projects. Retainers are available for three months or more, and discounts are available for advance payment.
